When ordering gowns that have to be made up, a 50% deposit is required initially and the balance will be payable prior to postage.
All claims must be made by phone 02 49294020 on day of receipt. An Authorisation number will be issued. The goods to be returned, must be express posted same day of receipt or very next day. Garments that are a special order ie; size or personally designed by customer are not returnable or refundable. All garments are fully checked prior to despatch for faults, if we have overlooked a fault we will replace the garment and refund the cost of postage. All garments for return must have not been worn, or laundered, and must have the original swing tickets and labels attached.
REFUNDS
We are guided by the Department of Fair Trading's legislation on refunds; ie
"If an implied condition is not met, you may offer to repair or exchange the goods but the customer has the right to insist on a refund. A refund is appropriate where the goods purchased;
. are so deffective that they should not have been sold, for example they don't work
. break down or develop a serious fault
. weren't suitable for their intended purpose
. do not match the sample or the description provided.
Also goods that are "on sale" should be treated in same way as ordinary stock when determining whether or not to give a refund."
It is at our discretion whether we exchange incorrect purchases, ie size, colour, and style.
